[Resolved] Bank Of India — refund not received till now

I had returned an item "order#[protected]" to amazon.in for which they have confirmed the refund and also processed the amount of rs. 298.37 on 29th April 2019 but this amount has not been credited to my account. The refund reference number is[protected]. Please check this dispute and let me know as early as possible. I cant get sms from google pay. They said u need a link number with ur bank account. But i have all ready linked number .
