Bank Of India — refund of failed net banking transaction reference no stubp[protected] dated 14.07.2019 for rs1540/-

I made payment to indian railway for rs1540/- to the debit of my account [protected] on[protected] through star token and the amount alongwith charges were debited to my abovementioned account on[protected] as of[protected]Vide reference no stubp[protected]; however my tickets were not booked by indian railway with the remarks "payment pending from bank end" vide their reference reservation id: [protected]. Complaint lodged to you vide reference no stubp_[protected] dated[protected].00pm and 1-[protected] dated[protected] but refund not yet received. Please refund rs1540/- alongwith charges at the earliest.
