To, The chief branch manager Bank of india Main branch Dear sir, A refund of rs 429 rupees was successfully processed on 28 february 2019 to my account by amazon. This amount should have been credited to my boi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now. I have called the bank of india customer service and also emailed the bank of india customer care all the details many times but nobody has replied or resolved the problem.
