[Resolved] Bank Of India — Refund Processed by Flipkart but not received in bank account | |||
I ordered Samsung Crystal 4k pro 43inch tv from Flipkart on 16/06/2021 worth Rs.36829 through BOI Debit card . The Product received was defective so I decided to return it. On 27/07/2021 the product was successfully returned and the seller processed refund of Rs.36829 to my BOI debit card. Expected date to reflect the amount in bank was given 04/08/2021. I check my bank statement but the refund amount is not reflecting So, I contact Flipkart's customer executive and tell my problem that i have not receive Refund. They told me to provide bank statement from product purchased date to till date. So I provide the bank account statement on 05/08/2021. They ask me to wait till 12/08/2021. On 11/08/2021 I received mail from Flipkart they told that seller has already processed refund Rs.36829 to BOI debit card with reference number 74766511208129902750043 for further assistance you may contact your bank's customer support with these details. So I decide to file Complaint against Bank of India. I Hope they will provide fast solution to the problem I am facing and the amount will be reflect in my bank account as early as possible.
