Bank Of India — Regarding OTP not coming on registered number

I have updated my mobile number in online transaction in bank still OTP is not comming on my registered mobile number . I continuously requested bank to look into the matter and correct but everytime they have different excuses and no proper reply is received from the bank side. This can cause huge loss to me as anybody can misuse the OTP and it also causes delay in my transaction.
