Bank Of India — remove lien amount.

Dear sir
I am ranjeet kumar and my account no is [protected] in boi. I got a message like your account is hold. After login into internet banking it is showing lien amount 8000 and my account balance becomes negative.
But there is no entry transaction details where is that 8000.
I request for you sir please remove the lien amount and unhold the account.
I hope you will solve my matter as soon as possible.
