I am manish kashyap i have account in sbi sultana road branch my a/c no [protected] bhopal
I issued chq no 044395 amount 5000 date 27/7/2017 to kalpataru multiplier ltd it has a/c in bank of india. Bhopal a/c no [protected]
Date 01/08/2017 my chq 044395 amt 5000 debited from my account it is show my chq passed
But boi kalpataru multiplier ltd a/c show me your chq 044395 is return reason other
They take penalty rs 295 from me
I say kalpataru that you have wrong information my chq is passed amt is debited from my a/c
After next days they give me return chq 044395 with memo reason already presented
They say bank of india did not get credit form your bank sbi a/c they give me boi a/c statement show my chq is return reason other.
I am very confused that state bank of india debited chq 044395 amt 5000 01/08/2017 after why my chq is return and bank of india did not get credit.
I complain to sbi say me it fault is bank of india one chq present two times sbi say given fund to boi boi give you only return chq

So both bank of india and sbi where is my money rs 5000 and please settle what is fault and credit my 5000 rs my a/c with 295 rs penalty which you have to pay.
If boi and sbi not solve what is fault and credit my amount i will go banking ombudsman
