I have submitted all document with (Ppo, pan card, aadhaar card, death certificate of kailash dubey{my husband ac no.[protected]}, local address proof) with new open account for raj kishori devi ([protected]) in bank of india mairwa siwan bihar branch in month of november

Till now on 16 feb nothing credited in my account and no any matter reflected by the bank to me.
I m too much harrashed and tired with this type of activity
My family is facing more problem kindly help
