Bank Of India — Unnecessary charges even if transaction is failed

As per rbi circular dated 14 august 2019, it is to clarify that transactions which fail on account of technical reasons shall not be counted as valid atm transactions for the customer. Consequently, no charges therefore shall be levied. But you people have levied the charges for financial transaction, even though the transaction has been failed. I have done transaction of 7000 on 5th may 2021 in the process of withdrawal transaction has failed 3 times because of technical issues, your bank has charged 23 rupees 4 times i.e, total 92 rupees.

I am already aware of the following rules:penalty rs.20+gst 18% (Rs.3.60)=rs.23.60 per attempt. Charges of rs 20/- plus gst are applicable for financial andrs 8/- plus gst for non-financial transactions beyond the set limit.

Request you to look into the above issue at the earliest and revert me back my charges and ensure that no such things happens to me or to others in future.
