Hello, i am amit kumar adak, i performed a upi transaction on 01/12/2019 using amazon upi from my boi account to my mother boi account but the transaction has failed and i got a transaction confirmation message (Upi transaction id : aplaph3otcgaz5zjpkfrqiebgnne4ay9rj1
Bank reference id :[protected] from boi but amount not credited on my mother boi account.
