I did of rs. 7900 transition from maharashtra bank to axis bank through phonepay app.. The status of transaction showing green but the deducted amount is not credited to another bank..
This deducted amount also qill not credited to my same bank account.. This issue has taking up from 7 days..

I have attched the photo pf transiction.
Utr is also mentioned in it.

Through Amazon UPI I did 300 rupees Transaction but it failed on 29/09/2019
And I complained at 3/10/2019 in BOM customer care they said it will get refund within 5-7 working days but till now(17/09/2019) I didn't got my refund.
Please solve my problem
