Bank Of Maharashtra — atm cash withdrawal failed and cash deducted from my account.

Respected sir,
Sir my atm cash withdrawal limit is only rs.20, 000 per day whenever i am using atm card for cash withdrawal at the atm centre, atm machine display after withdrawal of 20, 000 youre daily transaction limit is over.
On 23/08/2017 by using bank of maharashtra ojhar township atm i was trying to withdrawal 20, 000 but withdrawal was failed and amount 20, 000 deducted from my account, then i visited other bank of maharashtra atm located in ojhar gaon to withdrawal 20, 000/- this time i received amount, but when i printed my passbook and check all the details i observed that for date 23/08/2017 total 3 withdrawals are showing total 60, 000 debited against atm withdrawal from my account out of 60, 000 i received 20, 000 by cash and 20, 000 credited to my account by bank till 20, 000 not credited to my account.
Once again i face same issue on 26/08/2017 while i was trying to withdrawal rs 20, 000 from bank of maharashtra atm located in ojhar gaon cash withdrawal failure and amount deducted from my account this time the issue was also given in to knowledge of security person at atm centre.
Because of above said issue i check my passbook all entries i observed that on 14th august 2017 two transactions are showing. Daily i am doing withdraw of only 20, 000 because my atm card withdrawal limit per day is only 20, 000 how two transaction are showing for 14thaugust 2017 i. E. Only one day and amount deducted from my account 2 times 20, 000 & 20, 000 total 40, 000 for 14th august 2017.
As per the above said issues face by me on 14th, 23rd and 26th aug 2017 my total 60, 000 /- amount is towards bank which is not received yet, i have also given written request 2 times at bank of maharashtra ojhar branch, kindly do needful help.
