Bank Of Maharashtra — I'm unable to receive the otp but I'm receiving the transaction message

I'm unable to receive the otp message while doing online payment. I also went to the bank but the bank officer told that it is unexpected. But sir or madam please give me the solution which can be sort out the problem so that I can receive the otp. And Last but not the least im going to the bank from Last two months but it seems like they are playing with me . So please give me the right choice please. I'm in need of otp so that I can do shopping for my sister's birthday. I hope you may have got my query so sir please provide me with the solution for the same. Thanks a lot . And I hope my problem resolve as early as possible. Thanks again.

मलासुद्धा हा प्रॉब्लेम अनेक वेळा येतोय. भिकार*ट बँक आहे. हXमी आपले पैसे घेऊन आपल्यालाच सेवा देत नाहीत. जोड्याने हाणायला पाहिजे एकेकाला.

मला सुद्धा हाच प्रॉब्लेम येतोय. सकाळ पासून ३-४ वेळा प्रयत्न करून झाले संध्याकाळ झाली तरी १ सुद्धा OTP रिसिव्ह झालेला नाही. साधा मोबाईल मध्ये बॅलन्स टाकायचा होता.. तरी इतका प्रॉब्लेम. म्हणजे मोट्ठे ONLINE TRANSACTION कोणी करूच नये... काय ती भिकार सेवा..
