Ref: s/b account number [protected]. Dear sir, I have issued cheque number 00123178 in favour of gaur green city residents welfare association for amount of rs. 4939/=. I have received a communication via sms on 26-12-19 that the signature is not matching and ultimately cheque was dishonoured by the bank. I came to your branch and requested the branch to justify the reason. It was informed that the clarity of the signature was better in earlier. It is surprising and absurd. I am using same signature in indian bank, punjab national bank, sbi and post offices accounts and have never faced with similar situation. It is a deliberate unilaterally action by the bank without any basis and valid documents. The same account was opened in my name and number of times the same signature is used. This require a proper justification. The bank must honour the cheque and make payment of my signed cheque. I may have to close all my accounts with your bank for type of harassment created.
