Bank Of Maharashtra — online banking otp never received or received late

I am trying to transfer my money to someone who is in need. I tried bank of maharashtra online banking. I have used online banking service of many banks including national and international banks. Most of the renowned banks do online banking only with internet browser. However this is only bank i've seen which asks their account holders to install some application on computer for online banking. I did that as well. Height of hopeless attitude is even after doing that their online service is worst as hell. Since morning i am trying to send money to someone in urgent need. Bank said otp send to registered number. Now its two hours. Otp never received even after two hours! What the hell this bank is? Shameless and brainless people operating this bank. Not able to provide even a simple service. Shame on you man.
