Bank Of Maharashtra — refund not credited in bank account

Amazon has issued me a refund for my order (Order #[protected] on 8/5/2019 and shared me a refund reference number[protected].
Its already 15 may (More than a week) but i have not received the refund.
I have talked to the bank of maharastra customer care, but till now my issue is not resolved.
The amazon executives are also not very helpfull

My order was cancelled from MI.COM refund procedure from Mi.com was done but money not received to my account more than one week to go but money not refund. My order id [protected].

I was ordered one item in amazon in my credit card but later i was cancel the item by amazon was refund the amount to my card by Refund Reference Number::[protected]. But i not get refund
