Bankbazaar — amazon coupons rs 1500 is not provided

I had applied for American Express Credit Card and it got successfully approved. The day it got approved, it was mentioned on site that each approved Credit Card till 30 march l will get 1500 amazon voucher. But I had received 750 voucher.

Sent several mails to the team, but now they have stopped replying to my mail. Attaching copy of mail along with complaint.
