Axis Bank Limited — Deficiency in Branch Service

I have 6 Account including 2 current account in sect 62 Branch,Noida i request for cheque book 19 July 2013 but still not recv. i ask bank for what about my cheque book they people said i cant do any thing this is procedure they dont know any thing about how to handle emergency situation.
worst bank or Branch Manager i dont know?

so avoid banking with Axis Bank sector-62 Noida

Further, you may apply for cheque book online for requesting Cheque Book online, please follow the following procedure:
After you login to Internet Banking, cilck on the quick link : Request a cheque book, Click on Cheque book Request option,
Select the Account if you have more than one account.
Select the number of leaves required
Enter your Login Id
Enter your Transaction Password
Click on Submit.
Please note: This option is available only for the SB accounts subject to few conditions* mentioned below and not available for other than SB category, other customers can place the request, but, it would be an off-line request only, would be processed by the branch please get in touch with the branch.

*Conditions:
--> Cheque book issue facility not available to Minor account.
--> Cheque book issue facility not available to account under DR Balance/inactive/dormant/closed state.
--> Only one successful attempt is allowed per day for Cheque book issuance.
--> Number o[censored]nused cheques leaves should be less than 40 from last 6 months.
--> Account should be al least 6 months old.
