[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Bank Internet Banking — Debit card blocked by verified by VISA Transactions

I have been trying to inform HDFC people that my card has been blocked for online transactions because whenever i am trying to shop online ,at the time of payment i am getting an error saying that

Whenever I am trying to make any online payment using my HDFC Visa Debit card I am getting the message -

For security reasons your Verified by Visa purchase has been prevented from being processed due to
repeated entry of incorrect details.Your account has been blocked for use at Verified by Visa merchants.
You will need to contact Customer Call centre to unblock your Verified by Visa account.


I tried explaining them this thing and they are not cooperating,The HDFC executives just say 1 thing every time "Reset Password" which has no concern with this.I tried resetting my password twice but still I am getting this error because this card can only be blocked by HDFC Bank itself..Only they have the authority and access to unblock it.It has been 6 months and still my card is blocked..They have not tried from their end to unblock it..I mailed them the snapshot of the error but still its of no use.....

visa -bill — request unblock

my card no [protected] its a gold card.i made wrong pin no in visa payment and the card was blocked, kindly unblock the card and oblige

HDFC Bank — NET BANKING TRANSACTION

Hi,

I had use the net banking for payment of 900/- towards insurance institute of india, but I was billed twice i.e. 900 * 2 = 1800/-

The details of gridlines of the incidents are given below. Kindly do the needful.

Griddles:-
1. On 17-Feb-09, I tried an on line transaction @ Rs 900/- but msg shown me that due to some technical problem trns could not be completed.

2. Again I tried on 18-Feb-09 for same trns as above and it done successfully.

3. When I checked my balance, I found the Amount of Rs. 900/- has been deducted twice !!!

4. Then I started to follow up the same with Phone bankers and I was informed that it will be reversed back soon. But no action taken.

5. Even I lodged the complain against it but still no needful has been done apart from submission of the charge back format to at Civil Lines Branch, Allahabad.

Here I am attaching the statement of my A/c for you easiness. Request you please have a look into the matter and do the needful.

We confirm that currently your card is in DE-REGISTERED status. We request you to vist the following url https://netsafe.hdfcbank.com/ACSWeb/enrolljsp/HDFCValidate.jsp and click on RE-REGISTER button against the debit card number on the Register additional cards page in the Netsafe login to activate the card.

I'm also facing the same problem reported by Mr.Kanav. While doing online transaction I'm getting the same error message.

Here is a solution for all the people facing blocked transactions issue.
Just go to this: site https://netsafe.hdfcbank.com/ACSWeb/enrolljsp/HDFCValidate.jsp
and change ur password on ur own.
No need to call customer care or no need to go to the bank.
