[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Personal loan installment wrong charges paid on same day of installment late afternoon not in morning still charged late fine

Myself, Arihant Jain belongs to Jalandhar city punjab is PhD student at nit jalandhar punjab. I had taken personal loan of 5 lakh rupees from hdfc bank whose installment had to be paid on 7th of every month. I had paid till date all installment on time. Sometimes instalment cut by bank in morning time of day or sometimes in late afternoon of the day. On 7 November 2025, day Friday due to some unavoidable circumstances, my salary credited to my account not in morning but in late afternoon of the day 7 November 2025 Friday . Installment had been cut off 16579 rupees but irrespective ki i had paid it on same day hdfc bank has charged me inappropriate charges of 1000 rupees irrespective no delay of 24 hours by me and I had never delay my payment because of any reason.i had attached proof of this inappropriate charges by bank please do justice regarding this. I shall be very thankful for this act of kindness and please do something to save our money earned by very hard work in life. Such inappropriate charges should not be charged.
