I had recently initiated an address change request, and a verification letter was sent to my new address. The letter was successfully received by me, albeit one day after the scheduled delivery date. However, to my surprise, my account was subsequently blocked by the bank, citing a verification failure.
Following this, I visited the home branch twice within a span of two weeks, yet no resolution was provided. I also contacted customer support, and later a bank representative reached out to me. Unfortunately, the only step taken was to retry the verification process — but once again, no one arrived for verification.
Additionally, I attempted to complete the re-KYC process online, but the Aadhaar e-KYC page repeatedly failed to load and displayed an error message.
