Barbeque Nation — valet parking gone wrong

Dear team,

Had my dinner @barbeque nation vizag on 13th of may, 2018 @08:30 pm. I had to give one of my cars for valet parking. So when i came out to drive my car i could clearly see a minor scraping damage at the front bumper which wasn’t there earlier. The staff bluntly denies the fault and recklessly gives an answer. I wrote to barbeque [protected]@vizag but no response from their end.
1) no security cameras were installed in the parking lot.
2) why was the driver so tensed when i called him without even discussing the issue which had happened
3) drivers name is rajab.. And the only reason he was arrogant is that there were no cctv cameras installed to justify his actions
