Basics Life — settlement not received after 60 days

Dear sir,

This is bring to your kind attention that i mr. Uttam biswas (Emp i'd : cal2455) has received my termination letter on 16.07.2019 but still now my pending salary is not received. How long it takes. I have already submitted my id card to office through courier. But still now my pending salary is not released. Kindly release that as early as possible. It's near about 60 days salary is in pending. Kindly do the needful as early as possible otherwise i have to take legal action against this.
