Baskin Robbins — regarding quantity and packaging

I ordered a 'belgian bliss' (450 ml, for rs. 410 thru' zomato) from baskin robbins, east fort, thrissur, kerala, india on 29th may 2020, 9:50 pm. I got the item in a cheap plastic container that can't even contain 200ml. I've never seen baskin robbins delivering their food in such packaging during the many times i've ordered.

The quantity of the item i received was not even 150ml (Photos attached), it was mediocre! They didn't even bother to keep a spoon in spite of all this! I've practically had better experiences ordering from baskin robbins. But this is unacceptable. The worth for money, the quantity of the product, and customer satisfaction are mocked! If this problem isn't rectified they're just undermining their name and damaging their name further and losing an ardent customer at the same time. So please address this issue!
