On asking multiple times too, i did not receive a bill.

I went to the baskin robins which is in prime in Rajpura. I didn’t receive a bill and they asked for the money.We talked to him about this but he didn’t do anything as it was written there if you don’t receive a bill its free....

We had a pathetic experience at Baskin robbins, Balagere, Bangalore store, we ordered Mount Everest Sundae seeing the display outside the store, but it turned out to be a nightmare, it was nothing but just a 3 scoops of basic ice creams no dressing, no sauce & no toppings & taste was pathetic & the wafer was stale, when we comaplained the staff he rudely told this is how it is, he is very mannerless & dirty, no hygiene maintained, he made sundae from his dirty gloves, we didn't exepct this for the amount we paid, BR being global brand never expected this kind of a service from BR, India
Please teach your satff some basic manners n how t behave and treat customers

Hi, I ordered a black currant icecream and I got one full of raisins and not black currants!!

I ordered a 'belgian bliss' (450 ml, for rs. 410 thru' zomato) from baskin robbins, east fort, thrissur, kerala, india on 29th may 2020, 9:50 pm. I got the item in a cheap plastic container that can't even contain 200ml. I've never seen baskin robbins delivering their food in such packaging during the many times i've ordered.

The quantity of the item i received was not even 150ml (Photos attached), it was mediocre! They didn't even bother to keep a spoon in spite of all this! I've practically had better experiences ordering from baskin robbins. But this is unacceptable. The worth for money, the quantity of the product, and customer satisfaction are mocked! If this problem isn't rectified they're just undermining their name and damaging their name further and losing an ardent customer at the same time. So please address this issue! i purchase icream its cost of subtotal 122.00 but as total they charge 140rupess

Fell sick eating at Baskin Robbins. Staff are very dirty and hygiene is very poor! Dirty Staff! Poor Hygiene! If you wanna fall sick, visit Baskin Robbins. You wanna take ice cream cones from their toilet visited hands? then visit baskin robbins! Disgusting staff! Poor customer service! They will serve u s, .t and u wudn't even knw it!  Their hands are sometimes in their ears, nose and u knw wot! Ice cream buckets and cones are dirtiest! dirty filthy staffs! they are coughing and sneezing into ice cream freezers..s! Wud not recommend to anybody! I m thinking of brining legal proceedings against them!

The business format is not that a happier one. Though the brand claims 'we make people happy'. Isnt it better to keep your family happy and then get to the people. Many have lost money and time and few have succeeded. Especially if it is a mall the success rate seems to be high. The stand alone parlors are not doing great, technically one will have to undergo losses for 5-6 months (winters & rains) and you will have to cover them...

A violent and the worst expected behavior by the working staff who treated us like servants- not even considering the presence of girls at the place. The location of the outlet: Near CMRIT college, Kundanahali Colony, Near AECS layout, Bangalore, Karnataka.

We would recommend to eat any damn icecream but BR. If this is what you have to tolerate on dropping few drops on the floor!!!

We were literally given broom to clean up the floor!!!

The servants tried snatching things from our hands to stop us from leaving the shop!!

I am a regular customer of Baskin Robbins. On Sunday 30th DEC 2012 I visited a nearest Baskin Robbins shop to my house owned by 'Fateh Marketing' at 613, 80 feet road, Koramangala 6th block, Bangalore-95, Karnataka. I have ordered 'Fruit Overload', 'Cotton county' and 'Lichy sweet swirl', one medium scoop each with cone.
First they said my bill amount is 420, 100 Rs each for 3 medium ice cream scoop and 40 each for cone. When I said I visiting BR shop for the first time kindly check the bill again then they said Price has increased from last week. Again I asked them to check the bill then the other lady checked it and said Sir it is 330 only. 83 for each scoop and 15 for each cone + Vat. Still I had a doubt because 4 weeks back when I had the same order each scoop cost me 59 Rs and 11 each for cone.
Again I insisted them for bill check then those guys started shouting at me, they called two guys from outside who might me the shop keeper’s friends and all of them started abusing me. After 5 minutes of fight I asked them for a printed bill then in the bill they printed medium scoop as Jumbo scoop. I asked why Jumbo scoop. They said Jumbo scoop and medium scoop is same. As per my knowledge medium scoop was a regular scoop not a jumbo one. Regular scoop cost 59 only where as a Jumbo costs 83.
Now for cone they billed me 11 Rs each. So this time my total bill was 319 Rs. I paid the bill though i was sure that they are charging me for something that I have not consumed. I was getting late for some other work and I left. But this incidence has erased all my good memories that I shared in Baskin robins till date.
I urge you to kindly take an action Baskin Robbins - Fateh Marketing people for misbehaving with customer and charging extra amount, so that these kind of action will never get repeated.

I have had a really bad experience at Baskin Robins franchise, Durga Mistanna Bhandar, N C Road. its a newly opened outlet. i went there was having my favourite ice cream with my girlfriend. the girl who was sitting at the shop suddenly behaved rudely when I asked for a chair. I wanted get out of the shop and paid the money. She didnt have change of 5 rs and gave me eclairs. I refused to take it. She started shouting and asked me to bring change from outside. She never stopped shouing and in stead of appologising she was getting more rude. this kind of treatment is never expected from such a big brand. I request you to look into the matter. In my opinion , they are not experienced enough to handle such a big franchise. Its an insult to the brand and they are ruining their reputation. I will be looking forward for ur reply.

I was a regular visitor to the Baskin Robbins Outlet at Jayanagar 4th Block. On a Saturday, I had visited to pick up my usual order (4 scoops of Dark Chocolate with hot chocolate sauce in two cups). During the billing, I produced a coupon which entitled me a free scoop for a purchase of over Rs. 100. The agent started giving me a cold shoulder looking at the coupon. On inquiring the offer, he said i have to choose two more scoops and it is not valid for the ones I had brought. I was very sure that he was not interested in serving me as I have purchased the same items from the same store many times before. I was made to wait till he served all other customers and then he came and told me that he cannot serve me. He didn't even want to listen to what I had to say and said that he cannot give me that offer.
Personally, being a loyal customer, I felt insulted and swore that I would never come to that store again. I also decided that I would file a complaint online so that others would know the kind of service they are in for.
