Bata — Fading of colour of shoe

Colour of my new bata shoe faded away just day after i brought it.Rain is the possible reason.I took that shoe in to the store from where i have brought it but they told me though warenty is their, we can't change it due to that reason, i may due to rain water, nothing to do with that.Due to that reason my two new pajama also wasted.I am sending a picture of it.
