[Resolved]  Bata India — not received the refund

At the time, while I was receiving my order on August 8, 2025, by mistake, I made a payment to Bata India Ltd. directly, And within few minutes I contacted them regarding the issue and even emailed them the payment proof but Ticket ID- 1235446 I have not received the refund yet and it has been a month. It's very frustrating. In the past few weeks, I have contacted them at least 5 times, but every time it's the same, please wait for 2 days 5 days.
