In spite of repeated reminders, Bata customer care chose to be silent about shipment lost in transit.

After an initial sweet mail for the initial complaint, Bata went underground for all follow through mails.

Their customer care chatbot on WhatsApp is the world’s most inferior customer apathy technology I have ever experienced.

I am not shopping with Bata again. This was a name I associated with since my childhood. They were a monopoly. They were good.

Bata does not seem to care anymore.
