I am writing to escalate my concern regarding the refund against 8244883 Brown MEN HP MENS BW[protected].mention the product/service, which has not been processed within the promised timeframe of 7 days
Bata assures that the refund amount would be credited to my account by 5 May. However, as of today, I have yet to receive it. also there in no response from BATA
I request that this issue be addressed as a priority and that I receive a clear update on the status of my refund. Please treat this matter with urgency and confirm when the refund will be processed.
Kindly follow up regarding the refund for my prepaid order placed on 21st April 2025. Unfortunately, the order was cancelled on 28th April—the last day of the delivery window—without any prior notice or delivery of the product.
As the payment was made in advance, my amount has been stuck since 21st April. I did not receive the item I ordered, and I am still waiting for the refund to be processed. adding to my sorrow i didnot get the desired product
I would greatly appreciate it if you could look into this matter on priority and help expedite the refund. Please let me know if any further information is needed from my side.
