[Resolved] Bata India — Bata sandals defective product | |||||
I purchased a Bata Sandal from Bata Store at New Market, Bhopal on October 11, 2015 on my tour to Bhopal. I have been wearing the same since then until yesterday (October 28, 2015) when it broke off. Actually it is the incident of improper sticking of the straps to the base which resulted in its detachment. I thus have to switch to older footwear. Please ensure the replacement of the product as I don't believe that once repaired its going to last any longer. i purchased bata chappal in TNagar, chennai after 2 months the chappal stitches was torn, the quality s poor and quality check is worst, i have decided not to buy any bata brands and as well i will recommend my friends and relatives not go for this brand.
