Bata India — company not ready to replace the item

I had bought one hush puppies shoe from Bata showroom in Chrompet Chennai on 10th July, 2019 around 6 pm . It was very painful to wear the next day and barely using for an hour, I had gone to the showroom to get it replaced with another Bata product but the the store owner refused to exchange the product and also spoke in a threatening and confrontational tone .

I had raised the complaint with bata india via their email (in-customer.[protected]@bata.com) and also via their toll free number but nobody acted on it

I would like to replace the product with something which is suitable for me
