[Resolved]  Bata India — Complaint about an inferior quality shoes

Sir I recently purchased shoes from Tarnaka branch, Hyderabad at about two months back for Rs. 400/-. At the time of purchase I requested the sales person to show me a shoe with low cost for walking and playing shuttle. I used them for only twenty or thirty times. Then the inner lining in the shoe has broken into two pieces. I have been using u r products for twenty years. As a regular customer to u r product I have not seen such an inferior quality from u r company. Even though u r products are little bit high price people r purchasing as u r maintaining quality standards. The inner lining is made with the card board which will spoil by the sweating. It may be a design fault or jobworker /manufacturing fault. Please look into this matter and take necessary precaution to maintain quality standards. Please acknowledge this complaint. I don't have bill however I am enclosing photos of shoes for ready reference.
