To, The Manager Bata India Ltd Dear Sir, I am a regular customer of your reputed Bata brand and it is a really very painful experience I have ever had from a branded company like you. I have purchased two Huss Puppies shoes worth Rs 6859/- from "Bata Shoes Store, Infinity Mall, Malad-West, Mumbai, Maharashtra vide cash memo number "20-01-14/1/0001 dated 20.01.14.out of these two articles one article number : 8544784 was found defective within 15 days of the purchase. I was using it within one month less than ten times and continuously facing uncomfortable regarding sole and when I showed to the store manager to identify the problem, he told that the sole of this shoes bend due to internal cracked in sole. When I asked replacement of the defective article the person on duty refused to change the article and suggest for complaint lodge on mail. I bought the pair of hush Puppies shoes Article No.[protected]Article EAN code:F[protected] NJUNGLE-II[protected]XD[protected] from Bata India Address 33 34 Tilak Nagar New Delhi 110018 on 24 oct 2014 cash memo # is .24-10-14/1/[protected].

The sole of shoes is pushed, when I complaint to the store staff they said this is not a defect, i told them, that i am not felling comfortable in this, they said we have not sold this shoe on trial and refused to check and change the same. At the time of selling the shoes they were saying big words, like you'll have the replacement warranty. if you face any problem then you can come to us and replace the pair. But now they were not listening anything.

Hi, This is Gaurav Kumar and my wife ordered pair of Hush Puppies shows from GIP Mall, 2 weeks back and since they didn't had proper size, hence they said they will courier us the right product. Then they mailed us the incorrect product and now since past more than 2 weeks, they haven't sent us the right product. Though we visited their shop twice but then they said product is not available to them. It seems they are fooling us and trying to settle with incorrect product. I am not expecting this from such valuable brand and now the shopkeeper is using bad language when we ask for delivery.

My hush puppies shoe worth inr 8500 appears to have cracked leather but bata in cp says the used shoe is not cracked and they cannot recondition the shoe for me or provide any restoration

Hush Puppies shoes are not of good quality and the service provided by store at GIP Noida is even worse. I purchased one pair of shoe from GIP store on 16th June 2015. Within one month of purchase the leather from the side started peeling off. Hush puppies guys said this is not their fault. Even more the GIP shop keeper response is also very bad... Till date my shoe is laying with GIP store.
This is not expected from such a brand...:(…Please keep your Brand name

I spoke to the customer care number and logged a complain
(577355) which was handled by Ms.Shweta.
I believe the brand is very good but the sour experience I had was uncalled for.

As requested by the email sent by HP I visited the store in Pune Phoenix Mall and Met the store manager Ganesh ( from whom I bought the shoe from).

My COMPALIN was my shoe is getting rubbed off from the heel and hence the shoe soal was getting rubbed from one side.
I was shocked when he said the Soal is not under warrantee it guarantee.
THis is is the first time a bought a HP shoe since it was recommended by my friend but this will be the last time.
And trust me I will spead a negative word of mouth.

You guys cheat your customer with the quality you have created a good brand but I am sorry you can't manage it well.
If you guys can't replace my shoe I want it to atleast repair it.
The store guys a very less qualified and when I asked them at the time of buying the shoe the person told me the guarantee it for 6 months and now when I spoke to the customer care they said 2 months.
Buy however your shoe is sooo bad it couldn't resist for 2 months.
I feel sorry for you guys, if this problem would have accord after 2 months you could have managed your self by saying it's out of warrantee period.
My entire company guys will not buy your shoes and I will make sure to visit the store as and when I get time and tell customer to not buy.
I will contact the highest autoroute through LinkedIn and Social networking sites and make it sure you guys realise the mistake and awe full customer service.

Annoyed and disappointed by the brand.
I though this is atleast an honest brand who makes good quality shoe.
I also have a LP shoe but since you guys are shoe manufacturer I preferred you for the first time.

LP guys atleast would listen and repair the shoes if requested.
However I have never faced any issue with LP or Clarks.

You guys are a big time cheat and should shut down all stores in pune atleast.
I will stand in front of all HP store or Bata and make customer aware about the cheat you do.

I have purchased a 3 piece set of Hush Puppies socks costing rs. 549 from Bata shoes store, #4-1-952, Abids road 1, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh
I used only one pair and that itself showed me the type of material being used.I used it for a day and at the evening i find the socks totally in a worst condition as all the threads were loose and were detached from the socks.I am left with the two fresh pair of socks that obviously is a waste as cannot be used. When I asked replacement of the defective article the person on duty refused to change the article and said there is no warantee or guarantee
This is not expected from such a brand. :(

I purchased one pair of shoes in Nov'15 and found some manufacturing defect within 2-3 months only. But, I was not able to go to store as I thought that whenever I will going to that site, will speak to store guy.

Some time back, when I contacted their store, they are saying that they will not be able to address this issue as this is more than 2 months old case. Now, the same reply I am getting from their service centre.

Looks like Hush Puppies in India is not better than local shoes. In fact, it is worst than local shoes because at lest local shoe manufacturer listen your issue/complain and try to resolve.

Suggest everybody not to buy hush puppies shoes.

I purchased one Hush puppies sandal on 2015 & used it alternatively. On a special occasion when I was to wear it I found the sole cracked horizontally to my utter surprise. I seek further suggestions whether to go or not for this brand at all.

I am a customer of Hush Puppies and I bought a new pair of shoes in Sep or Oct-16 from Hush Puppies showroom at Lulu Mall, Ernakulam, Kerala.

Within 3-4 months of purchase of this product, I noticed that the stitching of shoes worn and outer sole is started getting detached. While purchasing the product, showroom staff intimated me that the product is under warranty and replacement will be given in case of any damage. Since I am not a resident of Ernakulam, I could not visit the showroom immediately on noticing the complaint. During my visit to Ernakulam last month, I approached the showroom at Lulu and raised my complaint. The person attended my case asked me to visit store on Tuesday or Friday since the Cobbler will be available on Wednesday or Saturday to take the repair orders.

Sir, please understand the difficulty of a customer who stays 80 Kms away from the store to get the repair done. I have to visit 2 times for this purpose once for submission and then for collection. I bought the product considering the high brand value and expected long life. To my surprise, product got damaged within 4 months. I seriously doubts the genuineness of the product I bought, Is there any possibility to sell duplicate products through exclusive store ?

Request to take a serious note on complaint and revert with recommended solutions.

Dear All

This is to inform you that i bought a pair of shoes from your bangalore outlet. Within 4th months inside of shoes a kind of cover for lather started coming out.
when i went to your outlet i was told it doesn't come under warranty.
for me spending 4.5k on shoes was not easy but still i went to your store 1st time i thought it would be good quality. I am sorry but i faced the worst situation just because of shoes...

This is Vamshi Krishna, I had placed an order with order no: 12164403. And requested for the replacement of size, they said that they will arrange for reverse pick up. It is done & had shared the AWB number with you people. After few days my product got reversed back to me, when i had called CCare, they asked to re-send it again. Re-sent it & shared the details many time with you people. They always say that they will arrange for call the next day but still i didn't receive any call.
had raise complaints many times but noted few reference numbers, Also has recording of your customer care executives, will provided when needed. Out of them your customer care Team Leader "Mr. Ashish" is very rude & has hanged my call in between.
Has many things to discuss of your disgusting service but now out of my patience.
