[Resolved] Bata India — complaint regarding poor quality of shoes

Hi sir,

I am jaya shankara r regular customer of bata and wanted to raise concern regarding thr shoes which i recently purchased.
After using the shoes just for 10-15days i found the quality of shoes was very bad. Within a span of10-15days the soul got cracks from all the side rendering the shoes unsafe for wear as well as visuallu unpleasing. The pasting of shoes from all the corners gone off.

I am highly disappointed with the condition of shoes. I am adding few photos for reference.
Pls solve my problem, shoes worth rs:2299, really ia very upset. Completely i am not satisfied your product. Did a follow up with them but they said we cant help on this please follow up with customer care so its a request please
Look into this matter as a high priority and arrange replacement of the same.
