Respected sir,
I undersigned paresh c saraiya purchased two pairs of shoes from bata shop (Impressio), near ice factory, gokhale rd, thane west. Before frew months back i use bata shoewear only since last 40 years. The owner of bata shop gave me duplicate bata one pair of chapple and one pair of sandles both pairs are not fitting to my legs. I approached the owner of teh shop and tried to explain my difficulty but he is not ready to believe my complaint. Please search about my complaint and ask him how he can sell duplicate bata shoes. I am a senior citizen 72 years old and expect justice to my complaint. Please do the needful and oblige. I had never any complaint while using bata shoes in past 40 years.
