[Resolved] Bata India — exchange product | |||||
I placed an order (A gift for my husband) on 11 may of hush puppies shoes (Rs 2799) size 8. Order id 12194511. My husband received the delivery on 14 may. The shoes are loose in his foots. I called the customer care service they gave me a complaint number 1136075. The package in which the shoe box wrapped was destroyed. Shoe are in original condition with shoe box. I am still waiting for company's reply..how long it will take..I ordered these shoes of massive 2799 to wear on a party on 25 of May... worst customer service. What should I do...
