[Resolved]  Bata India — Exchange product not received

I had purchased online a pair of hush puppies ladies sandals amounting to 2249.50/- on February 26, 2017 against the order no. 99092592, sub order 80001466 under the name of Shveta Puri. Since the size was not accurate I requested for an exchange and the said product was picked up on March 14, 2017.

Till date I have not received my product even after sending repeated reminders as mails and calls, but of no use. I have never experienced such pathetic service and swear not to use this brand and site ever to shop.

Shoes I bought from Mount RD-3 store it get damaged with in one month and I need to replace it as first as possible. The reason is that I lost my cash memo kindly please send me a new cash memo in my email address
