Bata India — fake return pickup attempts for order bw[protected]

Dear Bata Support Team,

I am writing to formally escalate an issue regarding my return request for Order BW[protected].

Despite multiple scheduled pickups, your delivery team has been repeatedly marking the pickup as failed with false reasons, without actually attempting the pickup even once. This behavior is unacceptable, unprofessional, and reflects poorly on the service quality.

I expect immediate action on the following:

Arrange a genuine return pickup within the next 24 hours.

Share the escalation contact details of the responsible team.

Confirm in writing that my return and refund process will not be negatively impacted due to these false status updates.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no option but to escalate the matter further through social media, consumer grievance forums, and payment dispute channels.
