[Resolved] Bata India — Hushpuppies quality complaint

I am Industialist and always using Hush Puppies since long time.I am wearing shoes everyday.
I had purchased Hush Puppies shoes from Bata"s showroom situated at Khandesh Central Mall, Jalgaon

The leather of shoes is very hard, total uncomfortable and I cant walk more in my factory.
I am very surprised by the very rubbish quality of Hushpuppies.
Pl solve my problem.
Billing and payment details I have already mailed.
