I have not received the shareholder's discount coupon for two consecutive years viz., 2021- 22 and 2022-23 respectively. Kindly enlighten me on the subject for not continuing with the shareholder's coupon which I have been receiving as a shareholder for the past 25 years.

I tried. For only single shoe and I didn't find it proper about suitable colour and design for my suit, so bata executive started saying that sir what happened it is good for your suit what happened ? U must take it then one more executive came and he started guessing for my budget and also said Chappell galli me mil jayega saste me what rubbish he was using this kind of language ? I also said him check my mobile no and u will come to know I am regular customer of bata then also u r using this kind of language he said mereko dekho 12k ka shoe mai pehna huwa hu

I am Avijit Kundu.I am working part time as sales promoter in bongaon (Store Code- 00052) store from last 12/08/22.Till date I have not had any extra leave.My duty time is 4-6 hours but after change of manager I worked there from 6.30 to 7.30 hours.I even asked the manager to make me full timer but he refused.After that, when I asked the store manager for any leave, he did not give it.Rather, I was absent for 9 days even though I did not have any leave last month.After talking to the vendor "Quess Corp Limited" about this matter they asked the store manager to mail to the district manager to get the feedback from him.But the store manager does not want to take any action and does not show any care.So I am compelled to inform you thus.I hope you understand my situation and take some steps and see about the 9 days absence so that I can get the rest of the salary as soon as possible.

Sir,
I visited a store on 5th march 2023 to purchase a bata kids sandal, which was not available in the store at that time, but staff at bata store ordered the product for home delivery and assured me that, the product will be delivered with in 3 days.
But,
After many days I contacted the customer care on 11, 15, and on 19 March 2023 repeatedly about the status of product or the refund of my amount. and every time they don't provide me any complaint number but on 19th march 2023, that insisted on complaint number and simultaneously a email to me then they generated the complaint.
Now,
After even registering of complaint nothing has been done so far by Bata India, and the I again registered a complaint on 30 march 2023. But still nothing is in my favor has been done i.e. non refund of amount.
Even after assurance given by Bata to me again and again.
So, I want my refund back with penalty for my mental harassment, and this is a kind of torture bata india giving to me.

I am a bata share holder since last match years. Last 3 years no discount coupons have come. Has the company stopped sending them my email address [protected]@live.in

I bought a slipper worth Rs. 2000 from Bata, Indira nagar Bengaluru[protected]. It hurts upper side of heel and caused bruises on both legs. I continued wearing it in the hope that the hardness goes away. But the material gets harder as days goes by. Very disappointed with the quality of the bata slippers. I request refund.

Dear Team,

We purchased a ladies footwear on 22/02/2023 for Rs 1699. After using it for a 5days only leather is coming out and looking very bad as i[censored]sed for a year. The new product in the store also had the same issue and we were provided another piece which was looking good but having same issue of leather coming out when it touches to anything.

We visited the Bata store on 11/03/2023 as asked for replacement with other product. Store person agreed first and mentioned it is in warranty only don't worry it will be replaced. Later he spoke to manager and informed him that it is a minor issue and dont replace it and asked us to visit another day as it will take time.

It's been two days now, but replacement is not yet done. Store manager is denying the replacement saying it's not a manufacturing defect. Unless the quality of the sole is bad it will not damage when something touches it.

I have never faced quality or service issues earlier with Bata, but looks like the product quality and service is gone down.

Please look into this issue and provide a replacement as soon as possible.

I have purchased a pair of shoes from bata store no [ CM[protected]] Abulane, MEERUT
Article number : [651-6058 ] its only few months done i am using these shoes .
And now its been damaged the quality got so poor i am sharing the condition of the shoes.. kindly help me and tell me what is the best for me you can do . I also went to the store from where I purchased, they sound helpless for me

I had purchased two pair footwear from m/s naz trading balussery kerala(32) on 01/10/2022 vide invoice no.CM[protected] amounting rs.2198/-.
one footwear broken while using one weak before due to poor quality of material . we approach the show room today but showroom not willing to replace or repair the footwear. my daughter used the footwear 30 to 40 days only within four months. hence please replace or refund the footwear at the earliest.

I have ordered 4 pair of shoes on August 2022 and returned all of them due to size issues. But received refund only for 2 shoes and pending refund for other 2 shoes for the past 6 months inspite of sending more than 25 emails regarding the same.

Hi Team,

I was trying to order a product via BATA online portal but the order got failed and the amount got debited from my account, I am trying to get back the debited amount for the past one month but there is no proper response from the BATA team I have attached the sample mail which I received from them. Whenever I tried reaching customer support getting the same reply from the BATA team and the issue was not yet resolved....

Hi - i am a shareholder of Bata India. However, i havent received the shareholder discount code for the current year

I ordered a men's shoes from Bata website on 23rd October 2022.
I hardly used it for 4 times in special occasions and now I can observe there is develop in a crack or it is starting to tear up.

I sent mail regarding this to customer care and they are not accepting my request since it is more than 90 days but I used this only for 4 times from when I purchased and they can do an physical inspection if they need.

I really felt I got cheated with the brand name BATA and regret choosing this product.

Please do an physical inspection and consider for the replacement.

Do not buy bata product online they do not deliver the product on time and they cancel and simply writing (attempt failed and cancel) on the comments don't think customers are stupid

I bought shoes from Bata store of Ardee Mall and I had terrible shoe bite, skin was just injured and I am not able to walk even. I want to exchange or return the product.
