Bata India — Non delivery of item and non response to query about it

I placed an order on Bata online on Nov 10 2025 for three pairs of shoes. Full payment was made. No acknowledgement came. Only the delivery agent contacted, as and when the items were shipped.
Two items were delivered. One item is still not delivered item no3019866. Though I have emailed them on Nov 23, there is no response.
The item costs Rs 769. If they cannot deliver it, they should at least refund the amount, and communicate with me, and resolve the issue.
