Bata India — Order not delivered yet

Hi,
I order one clutch to gift someone on 5th of nov 2020 order haven't received yet. I called to customer service but no resolution given from their side.. They don't have anyupdate regarding my order.
It's been 20 days no resolution have given by them.

I ordered an item from bata website on 15th august. Paid for it on thay day. But on tracking website its showing order still not picked up and they dont know when my order will be delivered.
I am worried that even on paying beforehand i will still not get my order.
