Bata India — Poor service during warranty period

I purchased a bata chappal worth 700 from bowelpally bata store, secunderabad with no 871-7223 on 17th july. Ten days after that from the front portion the gum has come out and on 28th july i gave it for repair. It was promised that within two days it will be repaired but it didn't happen. After that they asked one more day which was willingly given too, but the repair work has not been done. Again one more day was asked and it was given but still the same condition. They have not worked it out till today that is 2nd august. Already 6 days up. They are giving excuses which are not expected from such a branded store. They took phone number to inform but they didn't do that.
Yes one more thing, once they told that by evening shoe will come the store but when the next day evening i went around 7pm, they told me that evening means 10.30 pm. I don't understand where in the country they define evening like that.
Service is very poor.
Response from there side is pathetic.
And there behavior is not satisfactory.
When i went to get the shoe, in front of me they are calling the cobbler to come and take it for repair.
Not at all showing any responsibility towards customer satisfaction.
Management is not at all good.
I don't think i will recommend any one to go to bata store.
I am very much sorry to find it.
