I'm sorry to say this. Yes you read the email subject right.
Earlier a trusted customer of Bata, now I'm a frustrated customer.
Thanks to the customer care response received.
This is regarding my order ID 12159865.
1. I ordered for a size 3 sandals, received size 7 instead . Not my mistake.
2. Called up customer care, they assured me an exchange.
3. In exchange I received size 7 again . Wow that's wonderful. Not my mistake again.
4. Called up customer care again, requested for return and refund .
5. Awaited for return pickup and refund.
6. Made multiple attempts to talk to customer care, product reverse pickup isn't arranged yet. I was okay to go and handover the pack in bata showroom too. This made me impatient . No refund no return. Customer service executive disconnects my call when I raise the issue.
This issue has been going on since 2 months now and no resolution yet.
Bata being a reputed brand creating such a disappointment was unbelievable.
Not sure where can I escalate this issue to! Made multiple calls, wrote emails and finally had to put it up in consumer complaints. Was this information helpful? |
