[Resolved]  Bata India — refund not credited and they said order cancelled because of article out of stock please refund my money

My order number is 12255527 i paid through paytm after 2days i got a call from bata saying that article is out of stock it's been 2months i didn't receive my money. I complain them more than 30 times. They said u will get u r refund with in 2 days but no use i didnt get my refund yet. Even mailed my bank details also now they r saying they refunded but transaction was failed. Hate customer service. They dont talk properly
