I have returned two sub-orders no. 50510125 & 50510127 from order no. 12413995 placed on 15th sept, 2019. Firstly they took a month for reverse pickup.
Now its being more than 4 months and still they are not refunding the credit note. They have not even initiated the refund.
At times they are saying that awb no. Is wrong & they are not confirming that they have received the products. Tthey are saying they are checking with their courier company. On the other hand sometimes they say that refund has been initiated but we cannot send an email regarding that. I just do not understand why they are not refunding the amount.
Neither they are transferring my calls to senior person of their customer service. I was in touch with mr. Avdesh in senior team but even he is not providing any resolution & is making only false commitments.
I don't have any clue why they are doing so. My hard earned money is being used by bata india from last 4 months.
Its really a very pathetic and annoying experience with bata.
So registering this complain against the same and looking forward for the resolution asap. Was this information helpful? |
