Bata India — Serious Delivery FRAUD concern -Immediate Resolution Demanded

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my Bata order delivered through your logistics partner, Shiprocket.
Instead of the ordered pair of shoes, the parcel contained torn clothes, clearly indicating tampering or serious mishandling during transit. At the time of delivery, the package felt unusually light, and this concern was immediately raised with the delivery executive. However, the parcel was handed over without any verification.
Your subsequent rejection of my claim on the ground that a full unboxing video was not recorded from the very beginning is arbitrary and unacceptable. No prior written instruction was provided at the time of purchase stating that an uncut unboxing video is mandatory for claim eligibility, nor was any open-box delivery, photographic proof, or verification mechanism offered.
