Bata India — shoe biting issue

I am from Hyderabad. I bought a pair of bata formal shoes from a well known Bata store. Second day after wearing the shoe I found that the left shoe was bitting my feet. I also realised that the fitting of left shoe was not same as right shoe. I visited the store second day and showed the store manager my injured foot caused by poor quality shoes by bata and asked him to replace the shoes but he denied. He wants me to contact bata customer care and he wants clearance from bata customer care then only he will replace the shoes. He is simply asking me to go through the long process. I just want replacement of those shoes as soon as possible. Such a bad experience with bata india. I am attaching the pic of my injured foot and cash bill for your reference. Bata India sucks.
