[Resolved]  Bata India — shoe/damage

I brought bata shoe which cost 2999 rs on 20 aug 2017 (Model:[protected] at chennai sholinganallur branch. After buying, i observed the major problem within 1 hour and submitted the defect shoe to them and asked to give same product. But, they said, the product is not available through out india and you can take any shoe of choice. I saw all and i felt no shoe is good for my size and asked to refund the amount. They are saying "refund is not possible". I said, then i want same piece with different variant. He said not available and also will not refund.
I don't know why they are not refunding. Why they are cheating the customers by keeping defect pieces in show room. What happened to the quality test team before keeping the product in showroom. They are literally torchuring me to provide the shoe.
Please help me in this and provide a solution as a faith on consumer courts.

They (Customer care) are rudely saying that refund is not possible. Is this india or some other country where people thefting money from pockets in a different way by keeping dummy /dirty/defected pieces in the showroom and selling to customers..
I need a justice regarding this.

Hi Bata Team, I am not in a position to be cheated again by sending a mail to your customer service and again saying the same words that we will replace and providing 100% claim and prolonging the days as per. I called your customer service 3 times and they are just saying, we are not supposed to refund, instead you can take any other shoe.. .Why should i go for a shoe replacement and why you are not refunding money.If you are not in a position to refund, you should be ready to provide the same product instead.But, you are not in a position of giving same article..then why you are not refunding??. Why should i take another shoe if i am not interested?? .

WHY ARE YOU KEEPING DAMAGED /DEFECTED PIECES IN SHOW ROOM WITH NEGLIGENCE WITHOUT QUALITY TEST AND WHY ARE YOU FORCING CUSTOMER TO REPLACE WITH ANOTHER MODEL SHOE FOR YOUR FAULT. I NEED SAME MODEL PIECE IF AVAILABLE, IF NOT REFUND WITHIN 2-3 DAYS.WHAT IS STOPPING YOU TO REFUND??WHY CORPORATES ARE TOURCHURING CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS IN INDIA..

I NEED JUSTICE, YOU ARE FORCING ME TO GO FOR CONSUMER COURT TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE. I WILL ASK FOR PENALITY IF THIS CONTINUES FOR MORE THAN 3 DAYS .

Hi Bata Team,
What the timepass you are doing Mrs Preethi and Mr Anurag Sharma.. Mrs Preethi, is sweetly telling words that they will resolve the issue in 48 Hours and there is no response from her or from the Bata. This worst service providers and the worst customer care personels are giving very wrong statements and they just making the time to go along.. No response upto now from Bata team and Show room. What the Hell is going on this .
Hello Consumer complaint administration, can you look into this matter seriously. They are totally fraud people working for Indian companies in Bata.Everyone tells we will call you in 2 days .But, no one will call to us..
BATA Administration is becoming like Government officers where there will be no responses. I feel they are better than BATA .
What is the solution that you gave PREETHI and ANURAG ..
What are you looking for Consumer complaint cell admin.!!.Please take some action on them.. Why you are showing Pity on this type of people..We are loosing faith on you also.Why you are encouraging and entertaining them to these many days without a solution!!!. Why are you sailent??? Why cannt you take action on this Show room.What is stopping you to take action on this people upto now..If you don't like to take action, let me know, I can consult a lawyer directly regarding this!!

Don't be oversmart. Who resolved the Issue. What is the solution that you got from service team . REFUND or SHOE ??? .Dot give false statements that you resolved ... Can I know what the solution I got from your service team??
