[Resolved] Bata India — shoe/damage | |||
I brought bata shoe which cost 2999 rs on 20 aug 2017 (Model:[protected] at chennai sholinganallur branch. After buying, i observed the major problem within 1 hour and submitted the defect shoe to them and asked to give same product. But, they said, the product is not available through out india and you can take any shoe of choice. I saw all and i felt no shoe is good for my size and asked to refund the amount. They are saying "refund is not possible". I said, then i want same piece with different variant. He said not available and also will not refund. I don't know why they are not refunding. Why they are cheating the customers by keeping defect pieces in show room. What happened to the quality test team before keeping the product in showroom. They are literally torchuring me to provide the shoe. Please help me in this and provide a solution as a faith on consumer courts. They (Customer care) are rudely saying that refund is not possible. Is this india or some other country where people thefting money from pockets in a different way by keeping dummy /dirty/defected pieces in the showroom and selling to customers..
