[Resolved] Bata India — Sole broken/Cut

Sir, I have purchased a pair of shoes from Bata Show Room, Beach Road Branch, Kollam, Kerala State. (Shop Phone#[protected] from August 2015. Item #[protected] Size. Last week I found the sole was cut. I am working in Office. Unfortunately I lost the purchase bill from the showroom. When I submit the shoes to the showroom today 12 October 2015, they suggest to send an e-mail regarding this to the customer care.
